Professional Bio
My name is Pamela Dubyak, and I have been teaching at Penn State since January 2015. I received my PhD from the University of Florida in Clinical Psychology with a focus in Clinical Health Psychology. My research has primarily focused on improving lifestyle interventions for obesity. I have also been involved in research related to substance abuse, insomnia in older adults, and chronic pain. In addition to conducting research, I have had a great deal of clinical experiences within a variety of medical settings including a teaching hospital, a VA hospital, and a primary care office.
