Professional Bio

Baylor A. Graham is an Assistant Professor in the Industrial and Organizational program at the Penn State. She received her Ph.D. in IO Psychology, M.S. in Data Science and Analytics, and M.S. in Applied Psychology from Clemson University and completed her postdoc in the DASH Lab at the University of Texas Arlington. Baylor Graham conducts research in Occupational Health Psychology on an array of topics including economic stress, workplace mistreatment and misbehavior, and work-family interface. She has published several scholarly works including publications in the Annual Review of Industrial and Organizational PsychologyJournal of Business and PsychologyJournal of Occupational Health Psychology, and Group and Organizational Management. Her work has received honors such as a nomination for the 2025 Rosabeth Moss Kanter Award for Excellence in Work-Family Research and Group and Organizational Management’s 2021 conceptual paper of the year. She has received NIH funding to support her career and has spoken at various professional events including a training for the Department of Energy. Baylor Graham’s research seeks to protect and promote the health and well-being of workers, and she is passionate about research and advocacy in the field.
