Professional Bio

My research mainly focuses on the development and application of advanced statistical methods (e.g., machine learning techniques) and psychometrics tools (e.g., item response theory) to answer organizational questions. For example, my research involves applying machine learning techniques (NLP) to understand the public's emotion trajectory, applying psychometric tools to develop, improve, and compare psychological measurements (e.g. personality scales and attitudinal scales, etc.).
