Research Interests
I am broadly interested in team dynamics in the workplace. More specifically, I am interested in researching team composition and diversity in relation to team performance, conflict and cohesion. The areas of compositional diversity I research include individual differences such as general personality and temporal differences in time urgency, pacing style and polychronicity.
