Research Interests
My research centers around understanding employee health and well-being. More specifically, I use longitudinal methods (e.g., daily diary) to better examine how events, characteristics, and behaviors at work can spillover to impact employees outside of work, and vice versa. I am particularly interested in the role of emotional labor (controlling one’s emotions at work) in this process, as well as specific health-related behaviors like alcohol use and sleep.
