Research Interests
My research interests focus primarily on the influence of workplace diversity and the perceived fit or misfit between employees and their workplace on their emotions, behaviors, and attitudes. Specifically, during my early years of grad school, I focused my attention on surface-level diversity characteristics such as race and its implications for recruitment. Currently, I am focusing on value-based diversity such as political ideologies and exploring its role in interpersonal dynamics and shared workplace experiences.
