Research Interests

Broadly, my research interests fall within the area of diversity in the workplace. I am specifically interested in studying the intricacies of how we may be able to recruit individuals from diverse backgrounds, as well as to determine if any individual differences within various subgroups impact these recruitment plans. In addition, I am also interested in studying diversity within teams and best ways to recruit individuals to work in these teams so as to increase productivity.
